24 Hour Hire
Rental chafing dishes setup by us, then to be Return (by 5PM next day) complete, clean and no damage.

Handling and Cleaning Bond required

Delivery will be added based on location

Chafing dish rental $25EA (Minimum of 4)

Includes:

Setup of each chafing dish, chafing fuel (3hr), serving spoon or tongs and tray.
Food will be prepared in 1/1 or ½ Gastronorm trays.

Conditions

We will attend to the nominated location and time to setup the chafing dish and food ONLY. Tables will need to be arranged and setup prior to our arrival.
Water access is required, Hot water preferred to increase the effect of the chafing fuel.

After the event, the renter will need to clean the chafing dishes before placing into transport boxes, this can be done by wiping down with detergent or food safe sanitizer.

The gastronorm trays, serving equipment will need to be washed using a stainless steel safe detergent.
Any items missing or not clean will be charged back to the customer by removing from the bond.

 

Should the customer want an adhoc Packdown service, this can be arrange depending on availability and generally will have additional service fee.

Food will be prepared in 1/1 or ½ Gastronorm trays.

At the end of the event, our team will return to clean the chafing dishes and Gastronorm trays.

Conditions

We will attend to the nominated location and time to setup the chafing dish and food ONLY. Tables will need to be arranged and setup prior to our arrival.
Water access is required, Hot water preferred to increase the effect of the chafing fuel. Any items missing will be charged back to the customer.
We will return at a scheduled time to packup the chafing dishes.

Important information
Customer to confirm open flame chafing dish fuel is allowed at the venue.
Trolley Access is required, any steps/stairs or obstruction must be advised in advance.
Any other delivery instructions, i.e contractor sign in, Loading zones or parking requirements.
4 Chafing dish will require at Least 30-45minutes to setup, longer with more chafing dish or obstruction.

We do not have servers or staff to stay behind to refill food.
We do not supply cutlery, plates, tables, chairs, etc.
